My business philosophy is simple - give the best service, the best results and take all the stress out of the process of buying or selling a home for the client.
Education and Training
I have an AA in Merchandising from FIT and a BA in Liberal Arts from New York University. Additionally I have training in Interior Design and Staging.
Areas of Expertise
My extensive experience in working with both buyers and sellers has made me an expert negotiator and caring professional. I have an excellent success record in selling my listings and finding the right home for buyers. I am also also a skilled interior designer and home stager. These skills have helped my listings stand out from the competition and sell quicker with greater return on investment. I can take any home, stage it quickly and inexpensively and make it shine! There is nothing I won't do to ready a home for sale. I have polished silver, made beds and bought fresh flowers, just to name a few things! I take extreme pride in every home I market.
Most of all, I am committed to getting my clients the results they want and deserve!
Community Involvement
I am involved in my community and sit on several boards, including school and synagogue. I take an active approach to bettering the community I live in.
Personal Background
I am married and reside in Great Neck, NY with my husband and 2 boys ages 14 and 19. My sons are in college and Great Neck North High School. I have lived in Great Neck for about 14 years, having previously lived in Forest Hills, Queens. I have a very diverse career history, having worked for many years as an administrator and marketing manager for major corporations. I later pursued an interior design career working for a well known interior design firm in Manhattan and then independently. This diverse experience has led me to my ultimate career in real estate sales.
As an experienced agent and expert in my local market, I am an invaluable resource to my clients. Having worked both in marketing and design, I know how to creatively market a home and use all the state-of-the art tools available to me. In addition, my extensive experience working with buyers gives me an excellent perspective on the buyer mentality. This perspective on what buyers want has not only helped find my buyers the right home, but has proven to be a tremendous asset for my sellers by enabling me to successfully market and negotiate for the sale of their home.
Communities I Serve
Along with Great Neck, I serve all of Nassau County with an emphasis on the north shore of Long Island. I have also sold properties in Suffolk County and on the South Shore of Long Island and have worked extensively throughout Queens.
